All of your information is Strictly Confidential.  We will  NOT sell or distribute your screen name, e-mail address, or any personal information to mailing lists, web sites or any other companies.  All our files are protected by a "Firewall" to prevent any unwanted intrusion.

Ordering:

We are in the process of adding an automated shopping cart on this site.
All orders without the shopping cart will be handled through E-mail.
There is an E-mail order form that will come to our E-mail address. Please see the link at the bottom of every catalog page.
Please E-mail us with your request including Item number and quantity.
We will send you an invoice including shipping charges for your approval.  
You can then accept the order or cancel it.
Secure payments will be handled through Pay Pal.
Please let us know what payment method you are using so that we may give you complete instructions.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship to U.S.A. Only.
 
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless we offer a special with Free Shipping stated on the Item.
Insurance is optional. You may choose to ship your item with Insurance or without Insurnace with the exception of any Glass or Highly Fragile Items. We require insurance on these types of items. We are not responsible for lost or broken items if you choose No Insurance.
 
If you are paying by Money Order, or Pay Pal,
We will ship your order within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

We offer the following shipping methods:

USPS Regular Mail + Insurance
USPS Priority Mail + Insurance
USPS Media Mail (on items that qualify)
We will quote shipping charges on your item before you order provided that you E-mail us with the request containing your complete mailing address including Zip Code.
We will not ship your order until you accept shipping charges.
Some Items will be listed with packed shipping weight and you can get an estimate from the
USPS web site for a calculation based on shipping From our Zip Code 80421.

Returns:
 
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your item if there is a problem.
We do not pay for return shipping on the item.
We pack our items very carefully, please return the item as it was originally packed.
If you did not include insurance on the item, we cannot file a claim with the Post Office.
Please contact us for instructions on filing an insurance claim.
